Capabilities

The work that happens before the order.

Anyone can quote a drum of ink. What decides whether it runs is the specification, the documentation and somebody standing at the press when it doesn't behave.

02 / Capabilities

More than a supplier of materials.

Our technical team works upstream of the order — on efficiency, waste reduction and quality — so the specification is right before anything ships.

How we work
  • 01

    Product selection & development

We help specify the right material for the substrate, press and end-use — including new development where nothing off-the-shelf fits.

  • 02

    Regulatory & compliance

Documentation, SDS and conformity support for food-contact, packaging and export requirements across GCC markets.

  • 03

    On-site pressroom support

Assessments, troubleshooting, press fingerprinting and trial supervision, with written improvement recommendations.

  • 04

    Inventory exchange

A marketplace to move excess stock between operators — recovering working capital instead of writing it off.

Specification

Getting the material right first

  • Substrate and press matching — film, board, label stock, coated and uncoated.
  • Ink system selection: conventional, UV, UV-LED, EB, water-based.
  • Low-migration and food-contact chemistry where the end use demands it.
  • Development work with the manufacturer when nothing standard fits.

Compliance

Documentation that clears customs and audits

  • Safety data sheets in the format your regulator expects.
  • Certificates of analysis and conformity, batch-traceable.
  • HS classification and import documentation for GCC markets.
  • Food-contact declarations for packaging applications.

Pressroom

Support at the machine, not over email

  • Press fingerprinting and colour management setup.
  • Troubleshooting: set-off, misting, adhesion failure, drying issues.
  • Anilox and roller audits, with engraving recommendations.
  • Trial supervision and a written report you can act on.

Exchange

Turning dead stock back into working capital

  • Valuation of surplus ink, chemicals, board and plant.
  • Placement with operators who can use it before it expires.
  • Condition and shelf-life assessment before anything is listed.
  • Nothing published without your agreement.

Most of this starts with a conversation about what you're running and what isn't working. That one is free.
