iBlend ECO 5G

The SPEC iBlend ECO automated liquid dispensing system is the most accurate and compact dispenser for printers to gain an edge in today's competitive marketplace. The system precisely controls the dispensing of ingredients with accuracy to 2 grams (0.5 grams with optional high resolution scale) to provide excellent formula repeatability from batch to batch and serves as a complete inventory management tool. The system handles everything from formula storage, to batch dispensing, to job costing, production reporting, and inventory control. Batches are quickly dispensed as needed. Batch sizes can range from a cup for lab applications up to 3.5 or 5 gallon buckets for higher production operations. The software includes raw material and finished inventory control. It automatically checks finished material inventory each time a batch is requested and lists available containers of that finished material or others that can be modified to make the current formula requested. The user can choose to use one or more of these finished materials or make the batch from all virgin raw materials. Since the iBlend ECO is a closed system, the work area is a much cleaner working environment. Personnel are freed from the old methods of manual batch preparation.
