What we are certified to, and what ships with your order.
Certificate number and issuing body are not published here yet. Add them in the admin under Settings → Certification — a claim without them is hard for a procurement auditor to accept.
Quality management
CPPEx Global operates an ISO 9001 certified quality management system, covering sourcing, storage, handling and distribution from our Jeddah facility. The scope is deliberately the whole chain rather than the warehouse alone — the way a drum is stored and transported matters as much as where it came from.
What ships with an order
- Safety data sheet (SDS) — for the specific product and in the format your regulator expects.
- Certificate of analysis (CoA) — batch-traceable, on request for any chemistry we supply.
- Certificate of conformity — where the application or import route requires one.
- Food-contact declaration — for low-migration inks and coatings used in food packaging.
- HS classification and import paperwork — prepared as part of the shipment, not billed as an extra.
Surplus stock
Stock bought through the exchange carries whatever documentation the original manufacturer issued. We assess condition and remaining shelf life before listing anything, and we say plainly when a batch is near expiry rather than burying it — see listing excess stock.
